At 52kg I was the most anxious, unconfident version of myself I could imagine. I didn’t think I was capable of much, but somewhere deep down, I believed I wanted more for myself. I just hadn’t proved it to myself yet.
I started my journey the same as you did – wanting to look and feel better in my body.
I’d seen what it did for other people and I wanted that for myself too. The physical goal was real, I wanted to be stronger, build muscle and feel good in my own skin.
But somewhere along the way it became something else entirely.
Every small win proved something to me. That I could follow through. That I was capable. That I could actually do what I said I was going to do.
And once I had that proof – it didn’t stay in the gym.
I started the business I’ve dreamt about. I travelled. I showed up differently at work, in my relationship, in every room I walked into. Not because I had the perfect body – but because I’d finally built the one thing I’d always been missing.
