Feeling lost, weak and invisible

I did not grow up confident.

I grew up confused, underweight, and constantly injured because I pushed too hard with zero idea what I was doing.

At fifteen I was 52 kilos, shy, insecure, and avoiding mirrors because I hated what I saw.

I wanted to feel strong. I wanted to feel capable. I wanted to stop hiding under baggy clothes.

Where it all changed

Everything changed when I visited family overseas.

My cousin lived the life I wanted. 

That moment slapped me awake. I came home and begged my parents to sign a waiver so I could start training underage.

I walked to the shuttle every day, then walked again to the gym, and trained with no shortcuts.

No hacks. Just hunger to be better.

Results are easy. Keeping them is hard.

It took years to learn what nobody teaches.

Getting results is one thing. Keeping them is where people fall apart.

Quick fixes collapse. Restrictive diets backfire. Influencer Insta plans leave you unmotivated.

None of it works long term. I had to learn sustainable structure the hard way.
