DBPT is one of Sydney’s premier strength & conditioning facilities. We are located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Caringbah, less than 30 minutes from Sydney CBD. Our services include, structured group classes and personal training. Our training protocols have been developed using evidence based strength and conditioning principles combined with 9 years of real world experience.

We take a holistic approach to coaching which embraces all aspects of life to help you achieve your goals. We believe improving your fundamental movement patterns, optimising your nutrition and providing you with the tools to strengthen your mindset will allow you to achieve long term, sustainable results.

I have been train with the DBPT crew for the last year and a half now and I have never looked back. I initially started with DBPT for a weights program and nutritional plan. I found Dave extremely professional and knowledgeable as he created a program to suit my needs and goals. DBPT is more than just a gym, it's a place where u feel like ur part of a community. The amount of support that comes from your trainers and fellow gym goers is amazing and something u would not find any where else. I have been going to DBPT for over a year now. I have been consistent with my training and my nutrition and the results have really shown. "In 2013 I believe that I hit rock bottom physically and mentally. I was over 100kgs and looking at photos comparing myself to what I looked like a few years ago coupled with the relationship troubles I was going through, made for a bad mind set. After seeing one of my friends start a training program with DBPT and seeing him looking great gove me enough motivation to check it out. Now after having joining the team at DBPT in November 2013, I have achieved a 13kg drop in weight and getting down to an awesome 14% body fat from 20% body fat. This coupled with the weight that I am now able to lift at the gym, which still surprises me everytime I get out that last set of squats or deadlifts out, has had a great impact on my life, physically and mentally. Physically I've noticed awesome changes to my body getting me back to what I looked like a few years ago in those photos. Mentally I feel a lot better than before as now I'm more confident with my body and having that time at the gym seems to just make the different stresses of life die down. Getting these results was definitely hard work but having the awesome team at DBPT especially dave encouraging me every step of the way and just having an all round good bloke to chat to has made it easier for me as I never had much motivation when it came to exercise or going to the gym. So if you feel like you are stuck in a rut, give DBPT a go like I did and hopefully you see yourself getting great results."
